Deco/Swiss/Multi/CNC Miller/Bridgeport/Handscrew

• Machine Operator B = Individual with less than two (2) years direct experience.
• Machine Operator A = Individual with more than two (2) years direct experience and skills noted below with "Machine Operator A"

Responsibilities to include:
• Operating equipment to the established methods and procedures including lean manufacturing concepts according to supervisor or delegate’s instruction.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized and safe work area including wiping down benches, sweeping floors and putting items away that are not in use.
• Wearing the required personal protective equipment -safety goggles, ear plugs and footwear.
• Maintain quality of work as well as production rates.
• Other duties as required by supervisor or delegate.

Machine Operator B:
Clean Out Machines
Differentiate one part from another
Getting Gauges
Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Maintain Oil Levels
Monitor machine for obvious problems
Perform Cosmetic Quality Checks
Perform Dimensional Quality Checks
Perform Time Keeping Transactions
Prepare Material for Machine
Read Blue Prints
Read Dial Calipers
Read Digital Indicator
Read Micrometers
Stock-up Machine

Machine Operator A:
Change Gears & Cams
