crimp tools.

Heli-Grip connectors all have captivated contacts, and assembly is easy—simply trim the cable, slide the trimmed cable into the cone / insulator / contact assembly (left), solder the center conductor to the contact, and screw the body assembly (right) onto the backend assembly. The assembled connectors have cable retention strength greater than the force required to tear the cable braid.
